Account deletion
Questle is local-first and does not create a public profile for your quests. Your quest history, notes, moods, streaks, custom Questles, and photo memories stay on your device by default. Account Backup is optional and syncs progress only when enabled.
Remove local app data
You can remove Questle data from your device by clearing the app storage in Android settings or uninstalling Questle.
Remove Account Backup data
If you enabled Account Backup and want cloud progress backup data removed, email support with the Google account email used for backup and the subject line: Questle Account Backup Deletion.
Support records
If you contacted support and want related support messages removed where practical, email support@questle.org with the subject line: Questle Data Removal.
What to include
Include the email address you used to contact support and any details needed to find the request.
Timing
Requests are handled as soon as practical. You may receive a follow-up email if more information is needed.
